We’re Carrie and Aaron Amundson, proud owners of Dockside Cabins, and lifelong residents of Barron County. Our goal is to offer you a peaceful, family-friendly retreat where you can relax, connect with nature, and make lasting memories.

Carrie, a teacher for over 25 years, and Aaron, the owner of Lakeshore Dock & Lift, bring a passion for service and a love of the outdoors to every aspect of Dockside Cabins. Together, we’ve created a space that reflects our values—family, community, and the beauty of the Northwoods.

With four children and two grandsons of our own, we know how important family time is. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or a week-long vacation, we want your stay to be unforgettable. While you’re here, enjoy a variety of on-site activities including kayaks, paddle-boards, and a fun corn-hole game. We also offer firewood and ice for your convenience, so you can focus on relaxing by the water.
